Purpose
This policy describes how Control Alt Growth ("CAG") collects, uses, protects, and discloses Protected Health Information (PHI) processed through the File Logic platform.
Scope
Applies to all CAG employees, contractors, systems, and workflows involving PHI within File Logic.
Privacy Practices
- CAG collects PHI solely to support File Logic's document processing, organization, and attorney-support functions.
- PHI is not used for marketing, product training, or shared with external parties unless covered by a signed BAA.
- PHI access is strictly restricted by least-privilege access controls.
Permitted Uses and Disclosures
CAG may use or disclose PHI for:
- Platform operation (OCR, AI processing, secure storage)
- Customer support
- Security and compliance auditing
- Legal/regulatory obligations
Minimum Necessary Standard
PHI access is limited to the minimum amount needed for job functions.
Individual Rights (as applicable via client relationship)
Clients may request:
- Access to stored PHI
- Corrections
- Accounting of disclosures
