About File Logic
File Logic is an AI-powered, HIPAA-compliant document management and medical-record analysis platform built for law firms. It is developed and operated by Control Alt Growth, a Delaware, USA company.
Why we built it
Law firms that handle Social Security Disability, VA disability, workers' compensation, and personal injury cases spend 10–40 hours per case reading medical records and building chronologies by hand. That work is essential, but it does not scale — it caps how many cases a firm can take and buries critical evidence deep in thousand-page files.
File Logic removes that bottleneck. Firms upload PDFs and scans, the platform reads every page — including scanned, handwritten, and faxed records — and produces a structured chronology with page-level citations. Teams can then ask questions across the file, draft reports and briefs grounded only in their own documents, and export to PDF or Word.
How we handle data
File Logic runs on HIPAA-ready infrastructure. Protected Health Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per organization, and securely deleted on request. The AI never references other clients or external sources, and a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on request. Read more on our security page and in our privacy policy.
